Job Description & Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of advanced machine learning (ML) and statistical models to solve complex healthcare problems.
- Establish and promote best practices in modeling , experimentation, and analytical rigor.
- Convert real-world healthcare challenges into scalable data science solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to influence product and business strategy.
- Mentor and enhance the technical capabilities of the data science team.
- Keep up to date with the latest advances in ML and healthcare analytics.
Mandatory skill sets
- Conduct exploratory data analysis using visualizations to understand data patterns and structures.
- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions.
- Develop, deploy, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models for business challenges.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data integration strategies into Snowflake/Data Lake platforms.
- Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning methods to derive actionable insights.
- Lead AI research projects focused on creative data analysis techniques.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building data analytics, data engineering, and machine learning solutions.
- Strong expertise with Azure Stack services and Snowflake.
- Proficient in SQL with deep knowledge of dimensional modelling.
- Experience creating interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
- Programming proficiency in R or Python preferred.
