About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilledSoftware Engineerwith a strong foundation in networking concepts, andAutomation development. The ideal candidate will have experience in building intelligent automation frameworks, integrating AI/agent-based systems, and solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions usingPython,Selenium, and related frameworks.
- Experience in handling performance regressions and debugging failures to find product bugs.
- Understand and enhancing existing automation framework
- Integrate and work withAI models and intelligent agentsto enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve technical and operational problems.
- Develop tools and scripts fornetwork automation, testing, and validation.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate technical solutions effectively throughclear verbal and written communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 26 yearsof hands-on experience inPython programming.




- Strongproblem-solvingand analytical skills.
- Solid understanding ofcomputer networking fundamentals(TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, etc.).
- Experience withautomation tools and frameworkssuch as Selenium, PyTest, or Robot Framework.
- Familiarity withAI/ML conceptswith S3 and MCP and ability to work withAI APIs or agent-based systems.
- Experience withREST APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party systems.
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience withDevOps tools(Docker, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Exposure tocloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding ofnetwork devices or infrastructure automation(Cisco, etc.).
- Prior experience intest automation frameworksorAPI automation.
- Experience in Performance and scale testing.
