Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in managing the complete accounting cycle. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts. A Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete accounting process from entry to finalization of books.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Handle TDS deductions, return filing, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Process payroll-related accounting entries and reconciliations.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, and consultants whenever required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in finalization of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar ERP systems.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

- Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) Preferred.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting functions.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, and financial controls.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
