REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The Senior Generative AI Specialist role is positioned within a leading consulting firm in Hyderabad, focusing on the intersection of advanced AI technologies and practical business solutions. As a Level 5 role, the specialist is expected to leverage 9-12 years of experience to ensure the successful implementation and advisement of AI-driven projects.

Description

- At least 10 years of professional experience in AI, automation, and cloud technologies, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Robust proficiency in Python and experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems, and integration.
- Deep knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI deployments on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms, orchestration tools, and MLOps practices.





Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems using advanced Generative AI frameworks, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance enterprise-grade knowledge systems.

- Build and integrate scalable applications using Python, focusing on microservice architectures for enhanced modularity.
- Ensure seamless deployment of AI solutions across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, optimizing for performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Drive strategies for microservice integration, fostering resilient architectures that support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems, enhancing overall service offerings.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
