Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce professional with strong Admin + Apex Development capabilities and hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) / OmniStudio. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our Salesforce org, design scalable solutions using both declarative tools and custom code, implement OmniStudio components, and support complex, integrated, and high-volume business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- User & Security Management: Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security while following compliance best practices.
- Core Configuration & Automation:



Design and manage standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning pages. Build declarative automations with a Flow-first approach.
- OmniStudio / Vlocity Development: Design, configure, and troubleshoot OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures. Work with industry-specific data models and product models/rules.
- Apex Customization: Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulers, and write thorough Test Classes ensuring high code coverage and governor limit optimization.
- Integrations & Architecture: Build secure integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and OmniStudio Integration Procedures. Ensure error handling, logging, and robust architecture.
- Data & Reporting: Perform data loads, cleansing, and deduplication using Data Loader. Create custom reports and dashboards for key business KPIs.
- Release Management: Support deployment processes across sandboxes and production environments following standard development lifecycles and code reviews.

Required Qualifications

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, and OmniStudio/Vlocity.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security models, and data architecture.
- Proven experience building REST/SOAP API integrations and using API testing tools like Postman.
- Ability to write clean, reusable, and performance-optimized code and configurations.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications & Skills (Nice to Have)

- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, OmniStudio Consultant/Developer, or Vlocity/CPQ certifications.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
