We're hiring across levels for our Device Lifecycle Engineering team supporting enterprise Windows & macOS environments!

Open Positions:
Associate Device Lifecycle Engineer — 2-5 yrs
Device Lifecycle Engineer — 5-10 yrs (3 openings)
Senior Device Lifecycle Engineer — 10-20 yrs

What you'll work on:
L3 support for Windows & macOS endpoint incidents
Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID (Azure AD)
OS deployment, imaging, patching & lifecycle management
ServiceNow – Incident, Change & Problem Management
Endpoint security, compliance & automation (PowerShell/scripting – senior levels)

What we're looking for:
Strong hands-on Windows 10/11 & macOS administration
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID
ITIL-based support process exposure
Senior roles: technical leadership, RCA ownership, automation via PowerShell/Graph API
