About the Role

Robotics Technologies is looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our OPT Recruiter US IT Staffing. This role starts with a 60-day intensive internship designed to train you in the nuances of the US recruitment market. Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates will transition into a Permanent Full-Time Role.

Internship Phase (First 60 Days)

- Duration: 60 Days
- Stipend: 3k Per month(Training Period)
- Perks: * Performance Incentives: 30,000 - 35,000 (Based on successful placements)

Key Responsibilities

- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse IT positions in the US market.
- Sourcing & Screening: Identify top-tier talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and successful placements.

Work Schedule

- Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Eligibility Criteria

- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Education: B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any Bachelors Degree.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Aptitude: A strong interest in HR, recruitment, and the US staffing industry.
