Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates from the provided database.
- Explain job roles, salary, benefits, and work locations.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining.
- Maintain accurate call records and update candidate information in the recruitment tracker.
- Achieve daily calling and interview scheduling targets.
- Address candidate queries professionally and provide timely updates.

Eligibility

- Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, recruitment, or sales will be an added advantage.
