- Providing help and advice to visiting customers in case any help they ask for.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and face to face.

Qualification & Experience:
- A bachelors degree in Hotel background.
- Excellent customer relation skills.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starting team player with valuable communication skills.
