Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on technical capabilities, knowledge of C# internals, scalable application architecture, and leadership skills to drive technical discussions with global client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Lead, mentor,



and guide development teams.
- Drive system architecture, design decisions, and technical solutioning.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure application scalability, security, maintainability, and high performance.
- Support DevOps initiatives and automated CI/CD deployments.

Required Expertise & Qualifications

- 8–10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience in the .NET ecosystem.
- Solid fundamentals in core C#, OOPs, SOLID principles, async/await, and memory management.
- Proven track record building enterprise-grade applications and microservices.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Practical experience leading/mentoring teams and managing technical deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerized deployment (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Fortune 500 / enterprise client projects in the Energy & Utilities domain.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
