Job Title: Technical Lead / Solution Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Solution Architect to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical fundamentals, hands-on full-stack development experience, expertise in DevOps practices, and the ability to architect end-to-end technology solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to deliver robust and innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable system architecture for enterprise applications.
- Lead full-stack application development from design through deployment.
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Build and manage DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production releases.
- Design APIs, microservices, database architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.




- Resolve complex technical challenges and support engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to the technology stack.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 810 years of experience in software development, including experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, distributed systems, and system integration.
- Experience building enterprise applications from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SaaS, GIS, IoT, drone technology, climate tech, or agriculture technology.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations and workflow automation is an advantage.
- Cloud, DevOps, or Solution Architecture certifications are a plus.
