Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to grow our tours and travel business. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, schools, colleges, and organizations, and increase sales through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement business growth strategies.

- Generate leads and acquire new clients.

- Build relationships with corporate companies, educational institutions, and travel partners.

- Promote domestic and international tour packages.

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.





- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.

- 2–5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong network of corporate clients or travel partners is an advantage.

- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development.
