Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at our Banjara Hills Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and exceeding sales targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and achieving business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management review.

Collaborate with the marketing, design, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement development plans for team members.

Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.

Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

6+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager role.

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience in interior design, home dcor, furniture, real estate, luxury retail, or related industries will be an added advantage.
