Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify current business opportunities to drive growth in housing loan, home loans, mortgage loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling opportunities and retain customer loyalty.
- Conduct field sales activities such as site visits, meetings with potential clients, and presentations to promote HL's products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive NBFC landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of housing finance, including mortgages, loans against property, and other related products.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers and colleagues alike.
