- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate rates, salaries, and other terms with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
