We are looking for an experienced HR Executive & Admin to oversee end-to-end HR operations while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across various departments.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other employee records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Oversee office administration, vendor management, procurement, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
- Manage office assets,



inventory, and administrative budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports as required by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR Operations and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and labour law compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and HRMS software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
