Job Summary:
The SMT / MLB Manufacturing Head will lead and manage the production functions related to Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Multi-Layer Board (MLB) manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring high-quality production, and supporting in a fast-paced EMS environment.
Roles and Responsibilities :

- Proficient in SMT & PCBA Assembly operations.
- Expertise in Recent Product Development Engineering Operations.
- Managing end-to-end SMT Production lines.
- Implement and maintain 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Monitoring & calculating the assembly line process flow & Cycle time, Workload leveling.
- Responsible for controlling inventory (WIP) in shop floor.
- Inventory Management and BOM Updating.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement & implement kaizen activities.
- Ensuring effective implementation of lean manufacturing principles, including 5-s system, Poke Yoke & ASP.
- Monitor & Improve SMT line efficiency, yield & quality.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise SMT Production activities daily, weekly and monthly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SMT Production & PCB Assembly.
- Strong troubleshooting & process optimization skills.
- Solid understanding of ESD protocols & quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
