5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity.
6+ years of Hands-on engineering/Technical lead.
3+ years of experience in leading team by reviewing code delivered, helping in troubleshooting, technical SME and owns code quality.
Good understanding of one or more tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs (example - Spring Boot / Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred).
Broad understanding of technical delivery aspects such as SDLC, DevOps, SRE, Quality Engineering
Ability to build solid relationships with technical, product, and business stakeholders
A bachelor's degree is preferred.
