We are hiring talented HR professionals for the following positions:

1. Assistant Manager – Payroll

Experience: 4–6 Years
CTC: Up to 13 LPA + 10% Variable

Key Requirements:

- MBA (HR/Finance) – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Indian Payroll for 1,000+ employees
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Gratuity, and other payroll compliances
- Experience in Full & Final (F&F;) settlements
- Hands-on experience with Darwinbox, SAP, or Oracle HRMS
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and payroll MIS

2. HR Associate

Experience: 2–4 Years
CTC: Up to 7 LPA

Key Requirements:

- MBA (HR) – Mandatory




- Experience in HR Generalist and Employee Onboarding
- Hands-on experience with Darwinbox, Zoho People, Oracle, or SAP HRMS
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Positive communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility

- MBA is Mandatory for both positions.
- Maximum Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 30 days only.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
