- Own end-to-end functional solution design for D365 Finance & Supply Chain implementations
- Lead business process analysis, fit-gap workshops, and solution blueprinting
- Act as functional design authority and escalation point for complex decisions
- Provide ongoing Level 2 & Level 3 support for clients on D365 FSCM.
- Architect solutions across Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory, WMS, and Procurement
- Design Plan-to-Produce and Source-to-Pay flows
- Guide fit-to-standard vs customization decisions
- Be consultative and provide clients with best practices and recommendations
- Ensure seamless integration between SCM and Finance modules
- Validate costing, production accounting, and financial postings
- Positive understanding on the financial side
- Guide teams through design, configuration, testing, and UAT
- Partner with technical architects on integrations and performance considerations
- Experience working with ISVs, 3rd-party add-ons, and FSCM customization tools.
- Support pre-sales solutioning and estimations
- Contribute to reusable assets and mentor consultants
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality advisory and support.
- Contribute to internal process improvements, knowledge-sharing sessions, and practice development.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants.
- Participate in internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 812+ years of Dynamics AX / D365 Finance & Supply Chain experience
- 3–5+ years in Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations with supply chain / manufacturing focus
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate (Required)
