- Ability to handle contract management, record keeping, litigation management.
- Legal research skills and valuable communication
- Review and commenting of commercial tenders including but not limited to GCC & SCC.
- Drafting, reviewing and vetting commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs and lease deeds.
- Preparation of legal notices & replies.
- Monitoring various cases and taking necessary steps including drafting of pleadings.
- Litigation management includes but not limited to commercial cases & arbitration cases.
- Coordinate with external counsels and manage litigation and preparation of reports.
- Various other activities are deemed necessary.
