We at Coforge are seeking Java Senior Technical Lead with the following skill set:

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum 5+ years experience building large-scale backend systems. End-to-end ownership of microservices from design to production.
- Cloud-Native Architecture & Modernization Lead migration from monolith/EC2 to scalable AWS EKS microservices.
- Contemporary Java Engineering Build high-performance REST services using Spring Boot 2.x/3.x. Drive Java upgrades (8/17/21), resolving module system and compatibility issues.
- DevOps, EKS & Platform Engineering Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, IaC, and container-first workflows.
- Optimize container images and resource configs.
- Implement observability:



Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, centralized logs, distributed tracing.
- Production Excellence & Operational Ownership Lead P1/P2 incident troubleshooting and RCA.
- Implement resilience patterns: circuit breakers, retries, bulkheads, fallbacks, idempotency.
- Improve reliability using chaos testing, fault injection, and reliability scorecards.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+ (incl. Java 11/17/21).
