Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for Dynatrace and Splunk tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance monitoring, log analysis, and incident management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.

- Develop and maintain dashboards using Dynatrace's reporting capabilities to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices for service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Dynatrace, Splunk, Infrastructure, Monitoring Tools, ITIL.

- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.C.A., B.Sc.).

- Solid understanding of application performance monitoring principles and log analysis techniques.

- Proficiency in creating custom reports using Dynatrace's reporting features.
