We are looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Finishing QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections of newly built residential properties, identifying construction defects, and preparing detailed inspection reports to ensure homes meet the highest quality standards before handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in office quality inspections of newly constructed residential properties.
- Inspect civil finishing works, plumbing, electrical, and waterproofing as per company standards.
- Identify and document construction defects with photographs and observations.
- Perform measurements and quality checks using inspection equipment.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings clearly.
- Coordinate with senior inspectors and internal teams for smooth inspection execution.




- Maintain professionalism while interacting with clients and builders.
- Ensure inspections are completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- knowledge of building construction, finishing works, and quality standards.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the city for inspections.
