Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Payroll Processor II to manage end-to-end US multi-state payroll for multiple clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, payroll taxes, garnishments, deductions, payroll reconciliation, and client communication within an HRO, PEO, or payroll outsourcing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Process end-to-end US payroll for multiple clients and pay cycles (Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-monthly & Monthly).
- Calculate payroll from Gross-to-Net, including pre-tax and post-tax deductions.
- Review payroll data, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll issues.
- Process garnishments, advantages, deductions, PTO, job changes, and payroll adjustments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Perform payroll reconciliation and validate payroll accuracy.
- Respond to payroll-related client queries and audit requests.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



for payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain payroll documentation and process compliance.
- Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional client service while managing multiple payrolls simultaneously.

Mandatory Requirements

- 1-5 years of experience in US Payroll or Payroll Processing.
- Experience processing Multi-State US Payroll.
- Hands-on experience with Payroll Taxes, Garnishments, Deductions, and Payroll Reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of Gross-to-Net payroll calculations.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience handling client-facing payroll activities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US payroll environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with UKG Pro, KACE, ADP, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar HRIS/HCM platforms.
- Experience in HRO, PEO, Payroll Outsourcing, or Shared Services.
- Experience processing Restaurant/Tipped Employee Payroll.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookups).
