Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented Physical Verification Executive to conduct customer address verification, business verification, document verification, and field investigations. The candidate will visit customer locations, verify information provided during registration, collect supporting evidence, and submit accurate verification reports within the defined timelines. This role requires extensive field travel and strong observation skills. Physical verification roles in lending and financial services commonly involve onsite address, identity, and business checks with evidence collection and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Conduct physical verification of customers' residential and business addresses.
- Verify customer identity, occupation, and business details as per company guidelines.
- Collect photographs, location details, landmarks, and supporting documents during field visits.
- Interact with customers, neighbors, and local references to validate information.
- Prepare and submit accurate field verification reports through the company application or CRM.
- Identify discrepancies,



suspicious cases, or fraudulent information and report them immediately.
- Ensure all verification activities are completed within the assigned turnaround time.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- Coordinate with branch teams, sales executives, and operations for verification updates.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to complete daily verification assignments.

Required Skills:-

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid observation and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, GPS, and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with MS Office is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently in field operations.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Experience in field verification, collections, banking, NBFC, insurance, or chit fund industry is preferred.
- Freshers willing to work in field operations are encouraged to apply.
- Should be comfortable with extensive travel within assigned locations.
