As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the administration and management of Microsoft SharePoint Online environments. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of SharePoint Online projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity and project success.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

- Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Valuable To Have Skills:: Experience with AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and administration.
- Experience integrating SharePoint with Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SharePoint environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
