About the Role

- Handle Student Inquiries
- Respond to calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries from prospective students.
- Provide accurate information about courses and admissions.
- Counsel Prospective Students
- Understand students' educational background and career goals.
- Guide them in selecting the most suitable academic program.
- Explain the Admission Process
- Inform students about eligibility criteria, fees, course duration, and key deadlines.
- Clarify any doubts related to admissions.
- Advise on Career Opportunities




- Explain career prospects and job opportunities after completing the chosen program.
- Help students make informed decisions.
- Assist with Documentation
- Guide students in preparing and submitting required documents.
- Ensure all admission forms are completed correctly.
- Follow Up with Prospective Students
- Maintain regular communication with interested students.
- Encourage them to complete the admission process.
- Meet Enrollment Targets
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Collaborate with the Team
- Coordinate with faculty and other departments for smooth admissions.
