Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Learn IT technologies and recruitment processes.
- Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers (2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs can apply).
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA.
- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
- Willingness to build a career in HR/IT Recruitment.




- Laptop with stable internet connection is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates from rural or semi-urban areas are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from metro cities need not apply.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and target-oriented.
