Role : SuccessFactors - LMS Consultant

Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant at Specialist Level having 5-7 years of experience with strong expertise in Employee Central , LMS and IAS/IPS to support ongoing operations, country rollouts, enhancements, and integrations. The consultant will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and supporting the comp process and ensuring compliance with global and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. AMS Support / Production Support

- Hands on with LMS , EC and exposure to IAS / IPS
- To support during APAC Time Zone 7.00 AM IST 3:00 PM IST
- Good understanding in LMS module, PRD tool and building any adhoc LMS reports
- Deep understanding of EC objects, workflows, business rules, data models, and role-based permissions.
- Experience developing functional specifications for integrations, interfaces, and extensions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors EC and LMS certifications needed

2. Testing & Deployment

- Perform regression testing during quarterly release upgrades.
- Work with QA teams and customer testers to ensure solution quality.
- Support cutover planning, template deployment, and go-live activities.

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Collaborate closely with HR business teams, Employee Central SMEs, HRIS teams, and global process owners.
- Serve as a functional advisor to customers on best practices for Employee Central.
- Communicate effectively to manage expectations and provide recommendations.

4. Documentation & Compliance

- Ensure implementation and support activities comply with client security and audit requirements.
- Provide user training, quick reference guides, and process documentation.

Functional Expertise
