Job Title: Performance Tester - Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating system scalability, reliability, and performance across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and platform stability. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests for AEP, AJO, RTCDP, and CJA implementations.
- Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Validate data ingestion, segmentation, profile stitching, audience activation, journey orchestration, and reporting workloads under varying load conditions.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and Adobe solution teams to resolve performance issues.
- Monitor system behavior using performance monitoring and observability tools.
- Prepare performance test plans, reports, and capacity planning recommendations.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), AJO, RTCDP, and/or CJA.
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.
- Robust understanding of APIs, cloud-based applications, data pipelines, and customer data platforms.
- Experience analyzing logs, performance metrics, and system resource utilization.
- Knowledge of CI/CD integration and performance test automation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Adobe Experience Cloud implementation experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform APIs, streaming ingestion, and audience activation workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
