Must have
7-8 yrs. of overall experience as a client-facing consultant, working in Adobe Target implementations. Strong exposure in campaign optimization, defining test goals, ROI, tracking metrics, sample size etc. Basic-to-advanced JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, Web services/APIs. Exposure to any SPA framework Angular, ReactJS etc. Strong experience with JSON and DOM related technologies with knowledge of DOM manipulation and page load events. Strong experience with Tag management solutions, preferably Adobe Launch. Familiarity with UI/UX and Mobile. Familiarity with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers Solid understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies. Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.) Passion for the internet domain and use of technology to solve business problems.



Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written. Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success. Possess an creative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office. Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science with equivalent work experience.
