Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Payments Consultant with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Payment solutions across Accounts Payable (AP) Payments and Treasury Payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Advanced Payment Management (APM), Bank Communication Management (BCM), and end-to-end payment processing within SAP S/4HANA.

The candidate should have independently driven SAP Payments implementations from requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, ensuring secure, productive, and compliant payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Payments solutions across Accounts Payable and Treasury Payment processes.
- Configure and support Advanced Payment Management (APM) for centralized payment processing.
- Design and implement payment processes for:
- Accounts Payable (AP) Payments
- Treasury Payments
- Bank-to-Bank Transfers
- Counterparty Payments

- Configure and maintain FBZP settings, payment methods, payment media, house banks, bank accounts, and payment programs.
- Configure DMEEX payment formats and F11CU for payment file generation and processing.
- Implement and support Bank Communication Management (BCM) for payment approvals, workflows, and payment monitoring.
- Configure and maintain repetitive payment codes and multi-bank payment processing.
- Design and implement payment approval workflows and payment controls.
- Work on Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) and bank integration solutions.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Accounts Payable, Banking,



and technical teams to deliver scalable payment solutions.
- Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Execute SIT, UAT, defect resolution, deployment, and production support activities.
- Support post-go-live hypercare and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure payment solutions comply with organizational controls, security, and banking standards.

Required Skills

- 4–7 years of SAP consulting or implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Payments.
- Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) Payment Processing.
- Experience with Treasury Payments.
- Hands-on implementation experience in Advanced Payment Management (APM).
- Strong experience in Bank Communication Management (BCM).
- Experience configuring FBZP.
- Hands-on experience with DMEEX configuration.
- Experience with F11CU configuration.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Cash Management.
- Experience integrating SAP Payments with Banking systems.
- Exposure to SWIFT, ISO 20022, payment file formats, and electronic bank statements.
- Experience in S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.
- SAP S/4HANA Treasury or Payments certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (Computer Science) / MBA Finance or equivalent from a recognized university.
