- Conduct quality audits of medical records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in clinical documentation, coding, and billing processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to implement corrective actions and improve patient care outcomes.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training programs related to quality assurance.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in interventional radiology or surgery field.
- CPC (Certified Qualified Coder) certification required; IVR (Interventional Radiology) certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding principles, including ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS Level II codes.
