- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Ensure effective communication among team members through active listening and conflict resolution techniques.
- Analyze project metrics to optimize workflow processes and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in an IT services or consulting environment.
- Robust understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to apply them effectively.
- Proficiency in JIRA or similar project management tools.
