Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements (W2, C2C & Full-Time positions)
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and ATS platforms
Coordinate interviews and maintain solid communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and priorities
Negotiate compensation, ensure quality submissions, and successfully close positions
Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment reports, and ATS records

Required Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing
Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time hiring models
Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Experience with ATS tools such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
