Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely execution.
- Work closely with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and site teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards.
- Track project milestones and resolve execution-related issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth project completion.
- Manage project handovers and address post-completion requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or residential interior fit-out projects.




- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong project coordination and execution skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of interior fit-out materials and execution processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Project is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are not eligible.
- Candidates from non-interior industries are requested not to apply.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the interior fit-out/interior contracting industry.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
