- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and revenue enhancement.
- Provide strategic guidance on retail finance best practices to optimize inventory management, cash flow optimization, and risk mitigation.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance role within the retail industry.
- Solid background in budgeting and forecasting with ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) with knowledge of financial control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; MBA preferred.
