Position: Senior Manager Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Location: Hyderabad (Corporate Office)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented EHS Head to lead the Setting, Health & Safety function from our Hyderabad Corporate Office. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate EHS strategies, ensuring statutory compliance, driving safety culture, and monitoring EHS performance across all project sites.
Key Responsibilities
EHS Leadership
- Develop and implement corporate EHS policies, standards, and annual safety objectives.
- Drive a proactive safety culture across all project sites.
- Advise senior management on EHS risks, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Corporate Site Monitoring
- Monitor EHS performance across all project locations.
- Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and management safety reviews.
- Ensure implementation of corporate safety standards at all sites.
- Review project-wise EHS KPIs and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Environment, Health & Safety regulations.
- Monitor statutory licenses, approvals, and legal compliance across projects.
- Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and client representatives during inspections.

IMS & Audit Management
- Lead implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Track audit observations and ensure timely closure.
Risk Management
- Establish and review HIRA, JSA, Risk Assessment, and Safe Work Procedures.
- Ensure effective hazard identification and implementation of risk control measures.
Incident Management
- Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near misses.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor incident trends and drive preventive initiatives.
Training & Safety Awareness
- Develop annual EHS training calendars.
- Conduct leadership safety programs, induction training, and awareness campaigns.
- Build competency among employees and contractors.
Contractor Safety Management
- Monitor contractor compliance with company EHS standards.
- Conduct contractor safety audits and performance reviews.
- Ensure implementation of safety requirements at all project sites.
Emergency Preparedness
- Develop emergency response plans and crisis management procedures.
- Ensure mock drills are conducted periodically.
- Monitor emergency equipment readiness across projects.
Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual EHS reports for management.
