We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer with deep, practical experience across Computer Vision, Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate is well-versed in the full AI SDLC from problem framing and data through model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring – and has a proven track record of delivering AI projects both through zero-touch/no-code AI platforms and through full end-to-end custom coding. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between rapid, low-code experimentation and production-grade engineering.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and deploy Computer Vision, VLM, and LLM-based AI applications end-to-end.
- Own the full AI SDLC: problem framing, data collection/labeling, model selection and fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build and integrate Vision-Language Models for multimodal use cases – image/video understanding, document AI, OCR combined with reasoning.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, including RAG pipelines, AI agents, chatbots, and copilots.
- Deliver solutions both via zero-touch/no-code AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI Foundry,Vertex AI, Bedrock) and via full custom code when the use case demands it.
- Fine-tune and optimize vision and language models for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Develop REST APIs and AI microservices to productionize and integrate models into applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to scope, build, and ship AI use cases.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including security,



privacy, and model governance.
- Evaluate model performance and drive continuous improvement in accuracy, latency, and cost.

- Experience building enterprise-grade AI copilots or chatbots.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI security, and prompt injection mitigation.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud deployment.
