Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in selling building blocks, fine chemicals, or research chemicals to CROs, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. The role involves driving business growth, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell building blocks and fine chemicals to CROs, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies.
- Develop new business and manage existing customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.




- Conduct product presentations and provide technical support to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

- M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in building blocks, fine chemicals, research chemicals, or pharmaceutical intermediates.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
