Job Summary:-

ChitBoss Chit Fund Company is looking for energetic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to expand our customer base and promote our chit fund schemes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through field activities, acquiring new subscribers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Promote and sell ChitBoss chit fund schemes to prospective customers.
- Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Explain chit fund plans, benefits, payment schedules, and company policies to customers.
- Enroll new subscribers by completing documentation and KYC formalities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Generate business through references, direct marketing, and local networking.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into active subscribers.
- Coordinate with branch teams for customer onboarding and service support.
- Assist customers with installment reminders and ensure timely collections when required.




- Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
- Submit daily field activity reports and maintain accurate customer records in the Excel.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

Required Skills:-

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of financial products is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Candidate Requirements:-

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
- Good local market knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
