What Youll Do

- Drive new business by identifying and acquiring brands, agencies, and production houses.

- Build solid relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media agencies.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and campaign strategies.

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.

- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

- Represent Mutiny Talent at industry events and networking opportunities across South India and beyond.

What Were Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, Media Sales,



or Influencer Marketing.

- Experience in digital media, advertising, entertainment, or creator economy is highly preferred.

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Fluency in English; Telugu proficiency is an added advantage.

- Self-driven professional capable of independently managing leads and revenue targets.

- Genuine interest in creators, social media, brands, films, and storytelling.
