Role & responsibilities
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime. (Mandatory skill)
- Create and maintain company accounts.
- Create ledgers and groups.
- Record payment, receipt, contra, journal, sales, and purchase vouchers.
- Manage inventory and stock entries.
- Generate GST invoices and e-way bill data (where applicable).
- Prepare GST reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Perform bank reconciliation (BRS).
- Generate financial reports such as:
- Trial Balance
- Profit & Loss Account
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Day Book
- Ledger Reports
- Manage payroll in Tally Prime (if required).
- Backup, restore, and secure company data.
