Job Title: Senior Java AWS Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong AWS expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, along with leadership exposure in driving end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.
- Architect and oversee application design, system integration, and deployment strategies.
- Define and contribute to technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, code reviews, and continuous guidance to engineering teams.
- Build and deploy cloud-based Java applications leveraging AWS best practices.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, testing frameworks, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA,



and product stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 6-12 years of strong experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Proven expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement secure, high-performance applications

- Experience working with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation.
- Exposure to monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation frameworks.
