Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation and support of Veeva Vault platforms:
- Vault RIM (Registrations, Submissions, Publishing)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Vault configurations/solutions
- Drive solution design, architecture, and best practices
- Configure Vault modules including:
- Workflows
- Lifecycles
- Security model
- Objects and document types
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Vault domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, IT, Vendors)
- Oversee data migration, validation, and integration efforts
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities
- Ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior team members and support delivery governance
