- Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Autosys scheduling tool.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex problems in production environments using Tidal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of issues and implement solutions.
- Develop scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Job Requirements :
- 0-8 years of experience in Production Support or similar role.
- Robust understanding of Autosys scheduling tool and its integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in Tidal tools for troubleshooting and debugging purposes.
- Experience working on Linux/Unix platforms.
