Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Tech Lead to join our E-commerce organization for the Order Processing domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Microservices, API Integrations, Software Development, and E-commerce. The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of Agile ways of working, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of E-commerce solutions.
- Work closely with the Enterprise Solution Architect and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on architectural decisions and technical challenges within the Order Processing domain.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by staying updated with industry trends.
- Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards.
- Develop software using PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo,



MySQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, and Playwright.
- Support and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Software Development/Architecture with at least 3 years in an E-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in PHP, Symfony, Laravel, Node.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GCP, Bamboo, MySQL, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, JavaScript, and Playwright.
- Solid understanding of Software Architecture principles and Design Patterns.
- Experience with Microservices Architecture and REST API/OpenAPI development.
- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience leading and managing development teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, work ethics, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of English proficiency.
