We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage large, complex technical projects that span multiple teams and systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, an understanding of system integrations, and the ability to drive initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensure alignment on deliverables, and foster innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Delivery
- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment with broader program and organizational goals.
2. Stakeholder Communication
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment and transparency across all parties.
3. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues proactively.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely resolution to maintain smooth project execution.
4. Tools & Data Management
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Maintain project artifacts including schedules, status reports, and post-mortems.
- Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and adhere to PMO governance processes.
- Maintain consistency and compliance across all project activities.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in technical project management (preferably in technology or financial services).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of system architecture
