Role Overview

The Costing Manager will be responsible for end-to-end cost planning, budgeting, value engineering, procurement support, cost control, and commercial advisory across multiple projects.

This is a leadership role where the individual will become the organization's subject matter expert on construction costing and commercial management.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction





- Develop conceptual and detailed project cost estimates.
- Benchmark project costs against market trends and
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Conduct cost feasibility studies.

Procurement Support

- Evaluate contractor quotations.
- Perform commercial bid analysis.
- Support negotiations with contractors and vendors.
- Recommend award strategies.

Construction Phase

- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Track variations and change orders.

Commercial Management

- Develop cost databases
- Build internal costing benchmarks for schools, hotels and lab facilities
- Assist leadership in financial planning.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
- B.Arch
